Civil Works Contractor performing removal of structures cleared-off
radiological contaminates for open air demolition and performing radiological
remediation of impacted soils. As CAP coordinator, Mr. Toney, utilizes
an internal SAP program to initiate and track corrective actions for the
Humboldt Bay Power Plant project. 03/2011 – 06/2014 Mr.
Toney’s QA/QC duties include providing updates to project management of QA/QC
issues; supporting the site managers and project manager in attaining
contract or project goals; identifying/resolving non-conformances, and
implementing corrective actions; training Shaw QC personnel; ensuring project
CQC Plans are prepared & revised (as necessary); supporting implementing

Facility at the U.S. Department of Energy's Savannah River Site – Aiken,
South Carolina Mr. Toney
was assigned to the Mixed Oxide (MOX) Fuel Fabrication Facility at the U.S.
Department of Energy's Savannah River Site in Aiken South Carolina. Shaw
AREVA MOX Services was tasked to construct a facility which is a key
component of the National Nuclear Security Administration's program to
dispose of surplus weapons-grade plutonium. The facility,
500,000-square-foot MOX process building, with more than 170,000 cubic yards
of concrete, 35,000 tons of steel rebar, over 3,000,000 feet of power and
control cable and more than 80 miles of piping. Mr. Toney was assigned
to the Quality Control Department’s Work Package review team. Reviews
involved verifications QC welding inspections hold points, weld
identification, installation measurements for pipe runs; hanger supports
welds, hanger support locations, welding department reviews, and technical
review process. Department of Energy Security Clearance was necessary
for employment on the Savannah River Site. July 2006 – March

Eureka Mill Superfund Site under the Omaha TERC for the U.S. Army Corps of
Engineers (USACE). Duties included QA/QC management including

(IHNC), New Orleans, Louisiana Mr. Toney assisted
the project’s QA department with submittal processing and maintenance for
subcontractors on the United States Army Corp of Engineers on the IHNC

subcontractor’s dredging and pile load testing. October 2003 – June

TERC program duties involved establishing quality policy, direction program

to evaluate the effective implementation of the Contract Quality Control
Plan. The assessments consisted of reviewing project documentation,
records, reports, submittals, and included observations of work in

Coordinator for the United State Army Corp of Engineers at two Army
Ammunition Plants in Lake City, Missouri and De Soto, Kansas as part of the
Total Environmental Restoration Contract (TERC). Projects involve
remedial investigation, feasible studies, remedial actions, interim actions,
short-term operation and maintenance. Mr. Toney supported the field
sampling team by enforcing Contract Document Specifications, Contract Quality

control inspectors. Duties also included monitoring subcontractors and
supplier’s workmanship, material, equipment for quality control compliance,
reviewing inspection reports and documents acceptances of construction
